Project Masterplan
- Coordinate and execute tasks in alignment with project timelines and milestones.
- Oversee facility-related services, including furniture and leased equipment, ensuring timely issue resolution through effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Facility Services
- Support and coordination for leased office equipment. Monitor and manage lease agreements to ensure compliance with terms and renewal deadlines. Coordinate with external vendors to schedule and oversee the timely delivery, installation, and collection of leased office equipment.
- Liaise with external vendors to plan and execute office relocation and space reconfiguration request.
- Support repair and maintenance requests by coordinating with external vendors and internal users to ensure timely service delivery with minimal disruption to business operations.
Door Access Control
- Support the rollout of the Lenel S2 New Card Access System across multiple offices and branches.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the office card access system, including updating access permissions based on HR directives, generating access reports, and troubleshooting system issues.
Holiday Bungalow Arrangements and Maintenance
- Administer the MyWorld platform for bungalow bookings and handle internal booking requests.
- Coordinate with bungalow caretakers on maintenance matters and manage expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with HR and Property Services to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of holiday bungalows.
Car Park Management
- Administer car park applications and allocation for eligible staff across MO, WLR, and MGE2 locations.
- Collect payments and process invoices in accordance with building management procedures.
Compliance and Process Improvement
- Proactively contribute to departmental compliance initiatives and take on additional roles as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
