Job Summary:

To perform settlements of investment products (e.g. corporate actions, monthly dividend payment, savings plan, etc.). He/she is also required to support various ad-hoc assignments, preparation of weekly/monthly statistics reports, commission rebate, results of promotion programs and financial data.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create product in Investment Account System
• Execution input for branches' orders via Investment Account System
• Perform daily settlement activities of various investment products
• Create payment instructions/corporate actions in Investment Account System
• Perform SAFE transactions
• Reconciliation monthly statement
• Assist in UAT project

What We Are Looking For:

• Associate degree or above is preferred
• 1-2 years working experience in financial institutions
• Good knowledge of PC skills including MS Word, Excel
