Responsibilities Include:
- Assist RM to prepare annual review documents, open SME business account and handle other tasks assigned
- Assist clients in making account amendments, such as changes in company structure and signing arrangement
- Handle customer enquires relating to their accounts and other matters such as Velocity and fixed deposit
