1. Provide administrative support to the Commercial Banking Operations team

Respond to and resolve queries from clients and internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and documentation of banking transactions and services

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately

Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives

1.1-2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment

2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
