To excel in this role, you'll need to be meticulous, organized, and have a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with our business partners to provide support, ensuring that all financials are accurate and timely. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality will be essential to your success.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis, including performance tracking, market share, and cost management insights.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, benchmarking, and strategic business planning in collaboration with business heads.
- Partner with Group Finance and Business Support to align accounting entries and ensure accurate management reporting.
- Review and implement internal control, process improvement and system automation to achieve efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to clearly communicate financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve on reporting, processes, data quality and controls.
- Plan, organize and co-ordinate materials for Management Committee meetings.
A degree in Accounting or a related field.
Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) is beneficial
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power-point and Power BI). Ability to develop and maintain reporting dashboards is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends
