How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving success.

What you do - Manage and resolve operational issues, including transactional discrepancies and customer complaints - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies - Analyze and report on operational metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with business customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations management - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders - A proactive and flexible approach, with a strong focus on delivering results and improving processes
