What You Will Be Doing

1. Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned annual revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
2. Credit Quality Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing quality of the lending portfolio, monitoring and managing credit risks effectively.
3. Compliance Management: Ensure that all business operations adhere to the rules set forth by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), as well as internal credit policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
4. Risk Management: Oversee the management of operational and reputational risks associated with the business, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
5. Event Participation: Attend after-hours events and weekend property exhibitions or seminars as required to promote the business and engage with clients.
6. Team Development: Collaborate with the Head of Mortgage Sales (HK & Overseas Properties) to cultivate a highly motivated and well-trained team, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and competencies to excel.
7. Business Referrals: Facilitate referral business to branches and related departments for investment and insurance opportunities, enhancing overall business growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree holder/Diploma
• HKSI & IIQE
• Preferably has 2 to 3 years banking experience in Local &/or Overseas Property Finance, FX, Investments, and Insurance product.
