How You Succeed
The Associate Supervisor plays a key role in day-to-day Level 1 (L1) data centre operations, making sure our operator team runs smoothly, and all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and to standard. Acting as the first escalation point on the DC floor, you'll also have the chance to shape how we work—contributing ideas, process improvements, and automation initiatives. This is a role for someone who is driven to deliver, attentive to detail, confident working independently, and excited to grow into future leadership.
What You Do
- Lead DC Operators in executing shift activities, driving completion of all tasks to standard and within schedule.
- Enforce adherence to SOPs and compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Act as first escalation point for L1 incidents; coordinate response and escalate to L2/L3 where needed.
- Ensure quality of shift handovers, daily records, and process documentation.
- Work closely with management to highlight operational gaps, propose fixes, and support compliance reporting.
- Drive transformation by identifying opportunities to automate L1 processes, applying coding skills to improve reporting, monitoring, and efficiency.
- Support deployment of monitoring tools and reporting dashboards.
Who You Are
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years' experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or data centre environment (internships considered).
- Proficiency in coding and automation.
- Foundational understanding of data centre operational processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory/audit standards.
- Strong coordination and enforcement skills; able to drive operator execution.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
- Facilities management knowledge specific to data centres (power, cooling, fire suppression) is an added advantage.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary.
- A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle.
- Community initiatives.
- Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities.
- Your wellbeing, growth, and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
