Manage a portfolio of high net-worth business clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial products and services
Develop and implement business plans to drive fee income growth, CASA growth and total revenue
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand client engagement across a broader range of banking solutions, including insurance and investment products, cash management solutions, and FX-related products, in collaboration with product specialists.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and product teams, to deliver integrated solutions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategy
Conduct transaction review and periodic account review
A degree in business, finance, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in small business banking or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with a strong understanding of financial products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide expert advice
