✨ About The Role
- Responsible for growth by evangelizing Observe.ai and consistently exceeding annual targets
- Prospecting, developing, managing sales pipeline, and closing new customers onto the Observe.AI Platform
- Building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across all industries
- Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Coordinating resources throughout the sales cycle, including legal, sales engineering, implementation specialists, and leadership
âš¡ Requirements
- 8-10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales, closing complex sales cycles
- Success selling a disruptive product into an unexpected buyer
- Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of the company)
- Previous experience with NextGen Contact Center technology is ideal
- Problem solving and tackling ambiguous challenges with the AI Market
