- The Senior Integrations Engineer will be responsible for ensuring optimal workflows and smooth integration of the AI platform for newly onboarded customers.
- This role involves direct communication with clients to drive technical discovery calls and manage complex integrations independently.
- The engineer will oversee the planning, tracking, and completion of the customer integration process, ensuring timely solutions to technical issues.
- The position requires writing scripts following best practices and deploying, setting alerts, and monitoring jobs.
- The engineer will also document complex integrations and technical processes, providing guidance to junior engineers as needed.

- The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- A background in development, sales engineering, or integration engineering, particularly with SaaS/cloud-hosted solutions, is preferred.
- The candidate should possess excellent troubleshooting skills and a proven track record of managing technical projects effectively.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java is essential for success in this role.
- Experience with cloud computing services, especially AWS, is highly valued.
