- Educating and consulting customers on the value of Observe.AI during the sales and adoption cycle is a key responsibility.
- The role requires prioritizing opportunities in a fast-paced environment and accurately forecasting performance against sales targets.

- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales.
- A successful track record of closing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders is essential.
- The candidate should have experience selling disruptive products to unexpected buyers.
- Consistent over-achievement of sales quotas, placing in the top 10-20% of the company, is a must.
- Experience in closing transactions greater than $100k ACV with line of business executives is preferred.
- Collaboration with channel and partner communities is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Next Gen Contact Center technology is ideal for this role.
