- Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value proposition within the contact center and gen AI space
- Work on strategic planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to create compelling sales tools and collateral
- Plan and execute product launches and coordinate with various GTM teams
- Conduct customer and market research to gain insights into customer needs and feedback

- Experience with product launch and go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and B2B technology market
- Contact center AI experience is a plus
