- Partner with leadership to collaborate on the infrastructure roadmap and champion infrastructure as a practice
- Drive the evolution of Infrastructure Architecture to handle higher scale and complexity, identifying and driving necessary changes
- Spearhead efforts to automate processes, optimize code, and enhance overall operational efficiency
- Manage complex technical issues, fostering innovation to elevate system availability, resilience, and performance
- Own the strategy and drive the roadmap for both the Reliability and Infrastructure cost pillars for the company
âš¡ Requirements
- Over 11 years of hands-on experience in cloud and IaaC tools, CI/CD pipelines tools, and automating cloud-native technologies
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure fundamentals, specifically AWS, and Python programming for automation
- Experience in building and operating platforms for cloud scale services, with expertise in microservices, distributed applications, orchestration, containers (Kubernetes), and serverless technology
- Keen interest in emerging industry trends and technologies, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive adoption of infrastructure best practices
- Strong data-driven mindset, ability to influence, and drive the implementation of security best practices
