Specific contribution expected from the role: Data Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to move data from various sources into our central data warehouse. Advanced SQL Development: Write complex, high-performance queries and stored procedures to transform large datasets and ensure data integrity. Tableau Visualization: Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Tableau dashboards that provide clear visibility into key business metrics. Database Optimization: Monitor and tune database performance, ensuring fast query response times for both automated pipelines and end-user reports. Collaboration: Work closely with analysts and business leads to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Location: Pune. Shift Timing: 3 Days WFO
Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using various ETL tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL). Develop, implement, and optimize data models in data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse) for performance and scalability. Create compelling, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other engineers to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data solutions that align with business objectives. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from diverse data sources into our data warehouse environment. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing robust data quality checks and validation processes. Optimize existing Tableau dashboards and data sources for performance, usability, and maintainability.
