How do we work?
As a Product Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our product organization, serving as the essential link between strategy and execution. The goal is to turn strategic product visions into operational reality, driving efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of quality for our products. This role is crucial for managing successful rollouts of new products & services and also to streamlining existing operations. You will be a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of our product ecosystem and a commitment to hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
You'll collaborate with various internal OANDA teams and stakeholders as well as external third party vendors to streamline processes, tackle issues, and guarantee our products deliver great outcomes for both Brokerage and Prop Trading business.
In this role, you will:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert: Become an expert on our core systems and products, platforms and offerings for both Brokerage and Prop Trading business.
- Own and Drive Product Rollout and Execution: Actively lead the implementation of new features, product improvements, system configurations, from defining the scope and documenting business requirements, through estimates, planning, documentation, communications, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
- Drive Process and Efficiency: Continually evaluate our workflows to find and implement more effective processes. You will find creative solutions to operational challenges, ensuring we meet our goals even when faced with obstacles.
- Lead Hands-On: Take the initiative to lead the testing of new features, functionalities and processes. You'll ensure all new implementations are thoroughly evaluated and ready for rollout, reducing risks and guaranteeing a smooth user experience.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact for product, engineering, and business teams (internal and external). You'll establish and maintain strong communication channels to ensure everyone is aligned on product priorities and progress.
- Monitor and Reporting: Post launch of new products and offerings implement daily monitoring & reporting dashboards with the help of Data engineering & Analysis teams to track product performance providing teams with the most up-to-date data, enabling them to make informed decisions.
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Experience in Product Operations or a similar role within a complex, dynamic environment.
- Open minded hands-on approach to analyse and learn new products and quickly become a subject matter expert on new systems and products.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and provide accurate reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to finding and implementing solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Trading experience or background in Operations roles in supporting trading & back-end systems is a plus.
- SQL queries, Excel/Google Sheets expertise, Rest API knowledge is a plus.
- MT5 server back-end or other trading platforms, Hubspot, SalesForce, SumSub is a plus.
Work Environment:

- Based in OANDA Kraków office, you'll work primarily during EU/UK hours. At times, you may also be asked to cover US working hours.
