Work, Learn, Grow

You'll be part of a global Client Experience Team that offers plenty of room for long-term growth. This is a chance to expand your skills and learn from experienced professionals while working on increasing OANDA's platform Customer satisfaction, reducing attrition, processing account opening, and funding requests on time. Your contributions will be key in shaping something truly impactful!

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 4 times per month.

Please be informed that the contract is a fixed term with intended duration for 12 months with the possibility of extending it.

What You'll Do?

• Identify and analyze Customers' needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business.
• Assist Customers with their requests and inquiries relating to their OANDA accounts and trading activity with OANDA.
• Provide basic login troubleshooting assistance to Customers having difficulty accessing the platform.
• Knowledge of leveraged retail OTC products (particularly FX and CFDS) and all OANDA products.
• At all times ensure to adhere to OANDA's policies and remain compliant.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

• Min. 1 year of previous experience in similar customer-facing roles.
• Prior experience with a CRM system (e.g. Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Zendesk) will be an asset.
• Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team environment.
• Positive attitude and flexible nature.
• Passionate about learning and striving to gain new knowledge.
