We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to support individuals with disabilities in our vibrant Day Habilitation and community-based programs. In this role, you'll help people build skills, foster independence, and make meaningful connections in the community. Personal Care Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assisting with transportation, attending appointments, and supporting daily living activities
• Following care plans, administering medications, and ensuring all supports are delivered with accuracy and respect
• Working closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers
• Providing emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy for the rights and needs of each person in your care

Pay Rate: $17.92 - $18.67 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as planned

Day shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (hours may vary)

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, or an associate degree in human services or a related field
• Valid Driver's License required
• Experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or in another human services role is a plus
