The Workplace Location Services Analyst acts as the true face of the firm, creating an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and customer service.
Full availability to work at onsite location 8 hours, Monday-Friday, and occasionally outside of these hours (7 am - 6 pm ET)
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
Minimum of 1 year of meeting planning experience in a hospitality or professional setting
Minimum of 1 year of planning and executing high-end internal and/or external client/customer-facing events
Technology savvy with an interest in new generation technology—comfortable doing things a different way, trouble-shooting and recommending new technology
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS office suite
Willing to step outside role to complete tasks in other areas of the Workplace
Passionate about customer service
Continuous learner mindset—desire to grow quickly with a commitment to excellence
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Ability to take ownership and make decisions independent of customer involvement (proactive)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
