Responsibilities:
Preparing, maintaining and distributing "A" and "B" Division General Orders, systemwide
Coordinating with Operations Planning, Field Operations, Construction & Development and MOW to ensure the safe and timely distribution of Service Diversions
Formulating Emergency Service Diversions and Action Plans such as, but not limited to, floods, track conditions, winter operations and any other emergency conditions
Education and Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year in the title of Train Service Supervisor
Desired Skills:
Flexibility to the needs of the unit relating to hours of work especially in emergency situations
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Paint and Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge of "A" and "B" Track Schematics, Signal and Third Rail Diagrams
General knowledge of Service Diversion and Planning Strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and understand Service Plans distributed by Operations Planning
