Duties: Perform end-to-end processing, servicing, and management of commercial real estate loans including loan funding, disbursements, payments, and rate adjustments. Partner with internal teams to sell pools of loans, calculate profits and losses, and settle deal expenses related to securitizations. Reconcile, report, and remediate critical loan parameters for commercial real estate loans including balance, coupon, maturity, and discrepancies. Leverage intelligent automation solutions using Alteryx to improve operational workflows and enhance efficiencies. Detail review of loan structures and collateral to ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. Partner with internal teams to support audits for HMDA, CCAR, FHLB, FRBNY, and OCC. Generate, validate, and communicate monthly financials that summarize loan revenues and expenses.
Qualifications: Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Trading Services, Trading Associate, US Tax Senior, or related occupation. Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: working with commercial lending products, structures, and regulatory requirements; working with loan collateral and sub-ledger systems; Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; communicating complex loan details to stakeholders; loan accounting concepts and statements; identifying and resolving complex loan structures; and ensuring accuracy of loan data.
