The SVP, Global Growth Marketing & Media is a senior executive responsible for driving integrated global growth strategies across media, digital performance, and consumer data. This leader will oversee how the company connects brands with consumers — through precision marketing, media investment frameworks, data-driven decisioning, and brand-building partnerships — to accelerate demand generation and capture, maximize ROI, and future-proof the company's consumer engagement ecosystem. This role will blend deep media expertise (particularly in paid and earned, with agency background) with strong data fluency to shape media investment decisions and steer the global agenda. The ideal candidate is a modern marketing leader with deep expertise in global media strategy who will have oversight of the transition to a single Global Media agency. They will be an expert in data platforms, precision and performance marketing, and consumer analytics, and who can bridge creative storytelling with quantitative rigor.

Proven ability to lead and influence across a complex, global matrix, balancing central strategy with local market activation. Experience in top global media agencies or major CPG/consumer brands with hybrid or externally managed media models. Background in high-volume, consumer-centric industries (beauty, beverage, alcohol, luxury, lifestyle) where brand storytelling, performance, and precision marketing coexist. 15+ years of progressive experience in global media, growth marketing, or digital performance with a strong track record of driving ROI. Deep expertise across paid media channels and familiarity with emerging platforms, creators, and retail media. Strong data fluency, including audience segmentation, attribution, and performance analytics. Experience partnering on or leading CDP, consumer data platform, or marketing data ecosystem integrations. Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong agency and vendor management experience, including defining KPIs and leading joint business planning. Understanding of global privacy regulations and their implications for marketing and measurement.
