Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and staff of rehabilitation services including the monitoring/administering of patient evaluations and quality of care in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a physician or other state authorized practitioner.

Job Qualification:
Master's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Current license to practice as a physical therapist, speech pathologist or registered occupational therapist in New York state required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
4-6 years of relevant experience and 0-2 years of leadership / management experience, required.
The salary range for this position is $98300-$170100/year.
