Supervises and coordinates the imaging operations and technologists and their daily activities, of one modality. Ensures assignments are completed and maintains quality patient care.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine or Ultrasound Technology program, required. Current Radiology Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist License in New York State required, and current ARRT registration required OR CNMT registration required, plus specialized certifications as needed. OR Current Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification required (no licensure requirement for ultrasound), plus specialized certifications as needed. 3-5 years of technical experience and 0-2 years of leadership experience, required. 2 yrs Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
