We are seeking a strategic thought leader to lead our Marketing Tech teams supporting Zappos and Shopbop (Fashion Subsidiaries). This role will accelerate innovation and drive strategic decision-making to solve challenges unique to our premium fashion and footwear businesses. They will embrace and advocate for new ways of operating both within their team and to influence across all of Fashion Subs. This leader will develop a team that combines Product & Engineering excellence to deliver impactful solutions, with particular focus on tools that support our dedicated Brand Marketing, Influencer, Outbound Marketing, and Editorial/Marketing Content production.
You will be part of a leadership team that is passionate about building best-in-class solutions while maximizing our Amazon partnership. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of how Zappos & Shopbop accelerate results for Amazon. You will have significant opportunities for team building, organizational influence, and collaboration with senior business leaders. You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where we can drive outsized impact, such as surfacing new science-powered insights to Influencers, expanding customer communication with segmentation/personalization and unlocking new channels, and testing new GenAI powered experiences (Amazon and 3P alike) to evaluate new capabilities. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $198,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $342,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
