LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network, built to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Our products help people make powerful connections, discover exciting opportunities, build necessary skills, and gain valuable insights every day. We're also committed to providing transformational opportunities for our own employees by investing in their growth. We aspire to create a culture that's built on trust, care, inclusion, and fun – where everyone can succeed. Join us to transform the way the world works. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role can be based in our Washington D.C. or New York City, NY office. LinkedIn's Global Client Program (GCP) is expanding, and we're looking for a Senior Manager, GCP Audience Lead to shape how we engage, influence, and partner with CHROs, CPOs, and other C-suite leaders across our most important global clients. Reporting to the Director of GCP Marketing, this is a highly visible role for someone who knows how to craft compelling executive narratives and design programs that spark meaningful, strategic conversations. You will lead content and program strategy for our CHRO/CPO/CXO audience, creating high-impact engagement moments that bring together LinkedIn executives, clients, and sales teams. Your work will position LinkedIn as a trusted partner, enable deeper sales conversations, and help drive long-term partnership expansion and retention across some of the world's most influential brands. This role blends strategy, storytelling, internal influence, and program execution. You'll develop narratives, design roundtables and peer forums, steer LinkedIn's presence on conference stages, and craft executive-ready content that drives action — all while collaborating closely with partners across US, EMEAL, and APAC. If you understand senior audiences and can create content that moves them, you'll thrive here.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead content and programs for GCP audiences (CHRO/CPO/CXO), ensuring they see LinkedIn as a long-term, strategic partner.
  • Develop and own executive narratives that reflect the priorities, challenges, and opportunities faced by top HR and C-suite leaders.
  • Produce content (messaging frameworks, briefs, talking points, discussion guides) that deepen executive engagement and support their influence in purchasing decisions.
  • Elevate LinkedIn's position with C-level audiences, developing programs (such as round tables, peer forums, curated discussions, stage content) that drive engagement and reinforce our market position, in partnership with teams such as Insights, Product Marketing, and Economic Graph Research Institute to drive global engagement.
  • Serve as the team expert on the HR/CXO landscape, bringing forward insights and trends that inform program direction.
  • Manage complex cross-functional workstreams with clarity, momentum, and strong stakeholder management across time zones.
  • Ensure every experience is high value, polished, and aligned with business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in research, executive content, strategic communications, analyst relations, PR, journalism, or senior B2B content marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CHROs, CPOs, or other C-suite audiences, ideally within enterprise or global organizations.
  • Experience in writing skills for crisp, compelling, and executive-ready content.
  • Experienced in creating programs and content that influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong internal partnership skills with experience navigating matrixed organizations across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple workstreams and time zones with a high bar for quality.
  • Strategic thinker with good judgment and a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Someone who thrives in relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and working with senior executives.

Suggested Skills:

  • Market Research and Customer Insights
  • Sales Enablement
  • Executive Writing and Briefs
  • Building Programs
