We're looking for a strategic operations and project management leader who thrives in complexity and brings clarity, structure, and momentum to everything they touch. This is a critical leadership position, essential for advancing the agency's integrated approach and fueling growth, innovation, and operational excellence in healthcare advertising. This role will spearhead the ongoing digital transformation of operations – enhancing digital workflows, project management capabilities, and team accountability through training and leadership. You'll play a key role in helping the agency harness the power of AI and technology to improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency. You'll ensure our work is not only visionary, but also flexible, scalable, efficient, and consistently excellent. Since there are no one-size-fits-all solutions, this role demands a thoughtful problem solver who can help teams think creatively about how to deliver for clients based on their unique needs, challenges, and goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the power of integration – connecting people, processes, and platforms to unlock better outcomes for clients and patients alike. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, mitigating risk, resolving delivery challenges, and mentoring a high-performing team of project managers. Reports into the Chief Client Officer. Project Management department reports into this role.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
