The Sr Trade Marketing Manager will drive the growth of the Tangle Teezer brand in North America. This role reports into the Head of Marketing, supporting the team's strategic vision and executing an omnichannel trade marketing strategy in key beauty, professional, and mass retail channels across US, CA & MX that aligns with the global brand messaging, delivers against key retail channel priorities and supports big bet activations – driving increased brand awareness, higher conversion rates and sales.
5+ years of beauty brand consumer/retail marketing experience and knowledge of key industry trends. People management experience Strong experience in retail marketing in store, retailer relationships and Paid Social and Digital Advertising (Amazon preferred) Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable plans. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience in working on content syndication platform strongly preferred but not required. A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
