Global Program & Project Manager

Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Global Program & Project Manager for our Programmatic Solutions Consultants team. Amazon Advertising is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading large-scale initiatives focused on influencing Salesforce, Finance and Business teams on the workflows, measurement and metrics.
  • Partnering with Amazon's Programmatic Solutions Consultants globally to gather feedback.
  • Working with subject matter experts and influencing how features are brought to Amazon's largest & most strategic advertising customers.
  • As a Senior AdTech Services and Solutions Excellence Lead (Sr. ASSET Lead), working with a cross-functional team to create the smoothest experience for internal stakeholders and advertisers.
  • Assessing business challenges by gathering and synthesizing relevant data.
  • Building shared strategy and execution plans with in-market business leaders, product and automation leads, and scaled cross-functional services teams.
  • Creating and tracking project plans to ensure accountability, establishing clear KPIs to measure program success, drafting executive level & team presentations, data analysis, process design, recognizing and advocating for removal of systemic blockers to change, documentation of best practices and learnings for future initiatives.
  • Helping influence and train team members and cross-functional teams on new processes and tools as they are developed.

A Day in the Life:

  • Driving operational controllership and developing mechanisms to automate and operate at scale.
  • Collaborating directly and indirectly with teams across the N. America, EU and APAC.
  • Being strategic in thinking, analytical in approach, and having a demonstrated ability to influence the decisions through effective communication, thorough analysis, logical reasoning, and applying sound judgment.
  • Having problem-solving capabilities and the ability to scale resources, processes & tools to ensure accelerated business growth through clear communication, product enhancements, and partnership with technical teams and business leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis.
  • MBA Preferred Qualifications.
  • Experience creating processes and improving tools with measurable impact on advertisers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
