iHeartMedia, the number one audio company in America, is looking for interns to join their Sales Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience with Salesforce data quality, training workflows, and process documentation that help improve operational efficiency.

The intern will be responsible for:

  • CRM Data Quality: Assist with Salesforce data validation and duplicate reviews; help with UAT checks for new lead workflows.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Update training content and new hire guides; consolidate materials; assist with virtual session coordination and feedback tracking.
  • AI & Automation Support: Maintain prompt libraries and assist with documentation for AI use cases; help organize feedback from pilot rollouts.
  • Lead Management Basics: Support simple QA on lead routing and scoring rules; monitor feedback for friction points.

To be considered for this internship, the candidate should be pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, or related field. Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); Workday experience is a plus. Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn is also required. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are necessary for this role.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour.

Location: New York, NY: 125 West 55th Street, 10019.

Position Type: Seasonal.

Time Type: Part time.

Pay Type: Hourly.
