The Uber for Business (U4B) Support Strategy Program Leader sits within the Global Programs, Innovation, and Advocacy (GPIA) organization within CommOps, Uber's team dedicated to delivering effective customer service. Our team's mission is to define, design, and deliver best-in-class support to Uber's U4B customers. The Program Leader will work with various cross functional stakeholders to shape the ways we interact with customers across Uber's business to business services.
This Program Manager will work across many cross functional stakeholders to shape the ways we interact with customers across Uber's business to business services. There will be two primary responsibilities of this role:

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$140,000 per year - USD$155,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
