The Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day talent function and drive programs and initiatives for employees across several locations. Not only will you work in lock step with our internal partners; but you will also work with the broader Talent Team on initiatives to cultivate our unique culture and people practices. This role reports into our Vice President, Talent and is based in our New York office. This role will require a hybrid work schedule.

3+ experience in Human Resources or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work at all levels of the organization

Highly motivated team player with strong organizational skills

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
