To help accelerate commercialization of Banking as a Service (BaaS) Product capabilities, the North America Payments Team seeks a strong Senior Product Manager to help drive product strategy, risk management and commercialization for a portfolio of highly visible solutions at the core of the Payments business, including:
Citi Virtual Accounts enable clients to segregate their balances under a single physical account, providing enhanced visibility, control and efficiencies through centralized payments, receivables and liquidity management. Virtual accounts can be integrated with other cash management solutions as a strategic enabler of an organization's intertwined treasury objectives for centralization, visibility, control and flexibility.
Citi Payer ID accounts are designed to help clients improve efficiency in their current collections processes and streamline the flow of information. The capability, available in 40+ countries, provides visibility into the source of payments for efficient Account Receivable reconciliation.
Account Manager Suite – offering designed for the Commercial Client segment, that supports the business needs of the legal community, title and escrow companies, real estate or property management firms and other qualified businesses that hold funds for the benefit of third parties. Successful candidates will be comfortable evolving into a Subject Matter Expert on for these solutions and associated capabilities, working closely with key stakeholders across the global organization and other Citi lines of business, Sales, functional partners (Compliance, Risk, Controls, AML, Sanctions) and clients to commercialize these products, grow revenue and help drive an optimal user experience. The SVP will drive product strategy and positioning, sales and client enablement, and product and P&L management, and is heavily involved in the product development process. The successful candidate will support the Global BaaS product team in driving progress on key controls and compliance initiatives to strengthen the risk management of the BaaS product offering from a North America perspective.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in product management, sales leadership, or business development within the financial services or FinTech industry, with a strong focus on Banking as a Service (BaaS) or similar digital banking solutions.
Proven track record of successfully commercializing complex financial products and driving significant revenue growth.
Extensive experience with North American financial markets, regulatory environments, and client needs.
Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L, make strategic pricing decisions, and oversee product rollouts.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
