Sodexo is seeking a dedicated and service-driven Hospital Patient Services Manager to join our team at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, NY. A 250-bed facility known for its excellence in patient care and innovation. This leadership role reports directly to the Food Operations Manager and oversees a team of approximately 20 union employees, playing a key role in supporting Sodexo's mission to deliver exceptional food and nutrition services that enhance the patient experience. This role will also support retail managing $3 Million in revenue.
As the Patient Services Manager 2, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality service during their stay. You will lead and inspire frontline teams, foster collaboration across departments, and help maintain a culture centered on quality, safety, and care excellence.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
