 
                                                
                                            Our enterprise client is seeking a Paid Search & Social Media Program Manager to help grow their national direct-to-consumer annuity offer. This role combines expertise in search engine marketing (SEM and SEO) and social media campaigns to drive program awareness, engagement, and sales revenue. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), YouTube, Meta, and related digital channels - leveraging analytics and a test and learn approach to deliver measurable ROI. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for performance marketing. This is a 40-hour-per-week contract from November through mid-year 2026 with the potential to extend/convert. Candidates must be willing to work a 3-day onsite hybrid schedule in New York, NY. Candidates must also be willing to attend quarterly all-hands meetings in Des Moines, IA (at company expense).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on SEM and paid social experience (in-house or agency).
Proven success in developing and executing performance-driven digital strategies.
Experience in B2C financial services or direct response marketing preferred.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads are required.
Deep knowledge of SEM (Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads), SEO fundamentals, and social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, RivaliQ).
Familiar with Google Display, YouTube, and DV360.
Proficient in SEO tools (Search Console, Keyword Planner, Semrush, Ahrefs, and/or Moz).
Strong analytical and budget management skills; able to translate data into strategy.
Effective collaborator with experience managing cross-channel campaigns.
Adaptable to evolving SEO and LLM trends.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
