In the role of NY/NJ Area Professional Services Manager, we'll count on you to:
- MS in relevant Engineering fields (Civil, Structures, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Environmental) preferred.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) strongly preferred.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- A minimum 15 years' of experience.
- Maintains professional or engineering registration and has extensive related technical expertise.
- Experienced in management and development of diverse teams.
- Works cooperatively with operations managers, technical staff and marketing managers on professional services-related efforts.
- Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. The salary range in New Jersey is $164,301 - $255,125; New York: $170,975 - $280,888.
