We are looking for an experienced and dynamic North America Marketing Leader to lead our marketing and communications efforts across the region.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You will develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy aligned with the North America and Canada regional and overall business goals and objectives. You should be capable of leveraging and effectively communicating NielsenIQ's unique and substantial customer solutions, its branding internally and externally, raising further market awareness of the business and positioning initiatives.
Ideal candidates will come from a commercial background with a strong know-how of B2B and digital marketing, as well as of communications principles and techniques. You will drive the full end to end marketing campaigns that combine all marketing capabilities from segmentation, audience profiling, campaign development, optimization and performance marketing - to drive revenue in NA.
The successful candidate will participate in collaborative by leveraging a global marketing strategy with a regional adaptation to support sales growth strategies and execution. This role reports directly to SVP of Global Commercial Marketing.
University Degree (Master or higher) in marketing, communications, business management or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Account Management, preferably in FMCG or related industry or at marketing agencies with respective clientele.
Comprehensive knowledge of revenue marketing and digital marketing, experience in content marketing and in steering agencies with measurable results.
Proficient in MS software packages along with CRM suites and marketing automation tools such as MS Dynamics.
Skilled and experienced in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns on regional/local digital channels, not limited to LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram and programmatic advertising.
Language Fluency and Proficiency in English.
Team leadership experience preferred.
Ability to have a strategic marketing perspective in enabling business growth while keeping a "roll up your sleeves" mentality and hands-on approach.
Ability to manage and successfully partner with global, region and country stakeholders, especially but not limited to commercial leaders.
Results-driven and savvy in data analysis when measuring campaigns' impact and adjusts strategy accordingly. Ability to leverage the full marketing mix and communication tools to drive demand into funnel for revenue impact and strengthening brand value and preference.
Ability to operate and lead in complex matrixed and high paced organization, adept communicator and entrepreneurial influencer, with strong execution skills to deliver results under pressure.
Ability to identify and solve or escalate potential challenges, issues and barriers to communication effectiveness and using influence, diplomacy, critical-thinking and creative problem-solving to address them.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate marketing to both commercial and external stakeholders.
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $145,500-$207,500. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
