Fractional Coo / Operations Consultant

We are seeking a fractional, part-time Operations Consultant who can also serve as an Executive Coach for senior management. The goal is to elevate internal leadership and strengthen operational systems without disrupting existing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing mentorship and executive coaching to managers.
• Design and refine operational systems and workflows.
• Implement and monitor KPIs for performance visibility.
• Improve leadership confidence, delegation, and decision-making.
• Support a structured, scalable operations framework.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Background as COO, Operations Director, or Practice Management Leader.
• Experience with aesthetic/plastic surgery practices or high-volume medical practices.
• Experience in multi-location or rapidly scaling environments.
• Strong capabilities in KPI development and dashboard creation.
• Process optimization & SOP implementation.
• Leadership mentoring and communication coaching.
• Accountability systems and operational structure.
• Strong preference for someone who has scaled an aesthetic or surgical practice from mid-six to multi-seven figures.
• Must understand the physician-operator dynamic.
• Direct experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or clinical practice environments.

Work Environment:

This is a fractional, part-time consultant role with a preference for in-person engagement, though remote work is considered for some components. The initial engagement is a 3-month trial with the option to extend.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $200.00 - $400.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
