Icl Therapist Position

ICL is seeking compassionate and culturally competent licensed fee-for-service therapists to provide clinical interventions to children and adults in a hybrid setting—both in-person at our clinics and virtually. As part of a collaborative therapeutic team, you'll work closely with medical, psychiatric, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care tailored to each client's needs.

• Bilingual Spanish & Russian differential: $3/hour per session - additional Clinician Rate
• Schedule: $60 per hour for limited permit MSW, MHC, MFT, CAT
• $66.66 per hour for LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT
• $72.22 per hour for LCSW

Qualifications:

• Must hold one of the following New York State licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT
• Completion of clinical internship(s) during master's program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity
• Fluency in Spanish or Russian is a plus
