What You'll Be Doing As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for the individuals you support. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency diploma required. A valid New York State Driver's License with 2 years of driving experience required. Experience working with adults with behavioral health or other disabilities preferred.
