Responsibilities include managing and supervising dining services operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements, overseeing staff training, development, and scheduling, maintaining records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites, acting as a liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in management or related field, extensive relevant work experience (5+ years) with a proven track record of success at the district levels, two years experience in dining and nutrition services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision, specialized training in dining services management and nutrition, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to complete regulatory compliance courses and implement necessary changes, strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, proven success in P&L and budget management, excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts, basic computer skills, including web-based reporting, compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods, ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously, ability to work around food and cleaning products, valid driver's license, and residency within the service area required.
