• 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Option of shift
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers, business partners, and drivers. You will monitor daily operations, resolve customer concerns, and ensure delivery commitments are met. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues efficiently
• Monitor delivery routes and track progress throughout the day
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
• Process delivery changes or cancellations accurately
• Support daily team monitoring to ensure service expectations are met
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering effective solutions
Pay Details:
