Supports with the progress and day-to-day management of all Global Product Marketing programs (e.g. innovation, assortment and pricing strategy, global promotional initiatives and development of the global marketing calendar). Collaborates with and supports leaders of Global Marketing, Product Marketing and Cross Functional teams to help identify and develop product strategies supporting sales growth, profitability, brand equity and competitive position.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Own marketing-driven business reporting and analytics: on an ongoing basis (monthly/quarterly), manage the collection and analysis of brand shipment and sell-through data as well as market/category data, for sharing within the brand.
Collaborate with GPM team to execute annual SKU rationalization and ongoing portfolio analysis exercises in order to maintain productivity and profitability for the brand.
Partner with Director on initial analysis on external product financials (e.g. sizing and pricing).
Competitive Analysis: In partnership with GPM team, compile and analyze market intelligence/competitive information, make recommendations, when relevant, to seize market opportunities or adjust program elements. Manage regular sharing of information with GPM and cross-functional teams.
