The online student success coach is a critical role responsible for providing comprehensive support to prospective and current graduate and adult (25+) undergraduate students. This position requires a strong commitment to student success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the online learning experience. This role operates primarily during afternoon, evening, and weekend hours to accommodate the diverse schedules of our student population. Additional or alternative Saturday and Sunday hours may be needed for special events with advanced notice. A hybrid work schedule is possible for this role.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four years' related experience required. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in counseling, higher education, or a related field, experience working with adult learners, and experience working with online learners.
Compensation and benefits: $74,490- $86,741; salary commensurate with education and experience.
