Our growing Facilities Unit is currently in need of a responsible individual with a team player attitude to fill the position of Assistant Deputy Chief of Facilities - Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of 100 Church Street (4 floors and 2 basement levels) and 233 Broadway, 5th 12th 14th and 15th floors. The Assistant Deputy Chief of Facilities - Services will also supervise custodial staff and assist with supervising maintenance workers and clerical staff. Assistant Deputy Facilities Chief - Services will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and upkeep of 2 office buildings with a total of 10 floors. Asst. Deputy will also be responsible for monitoring all work assignment, work orders, and special projects assigned to the custodial and maintenance worker staff.

Minimum Qualifications: Two years of full-time satisfactory experience in the cleaning and maintenance of buildings. To be assigned to Assignment Level II, candidates must have three years of satisfactory experience as described in the "Qualification Requirements" above. To be assigned to Assignment Level III and IV candidates must have four years of satisfactory experience as described in the "Qualification Requirements" above.
