This internship-style role is expected to last approximately 6 months as a seasonal position and will work approximately 30 hours per week (depending on business needs).
The Engineering Associate is an internship-style role focused on gathering, analyzing, and documenting current-state logistics and warehouse operations to support the planning, blueprinting, and layout design of a large combined facility. This role is critical in developing a comprehensive operational baseline that will inform future facility design decisions, including space allocation, flow paths, storage strategies, and functional adjacencies.
This position is designed for an early-career Industrial Engineering student who is interested in applying foundational engineering and analytical skills in a real-world logistics environment. The Engineering Associate will partner closely with solutions, operations leadership and project management to capture operational context, assess product and volume characteristics, and translate complex operational details into clear documentation and actionable insights.
