Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
Build and enhance reusable components within the design system while ensuring responsive and accessible UIs.
Develop secure and optimized APIs using Node.js and support integration with external services.
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues, proactively managing technical debt.
Utilize GitHub for source control, contributing to code reviews and maintaining coding best practices.
Clearly communicate project status, blockers, and technical insights with teammates and stakeholders.
Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, manage storage solutions like Google Buckets, and leverage Docker and CLI tools for deployments.
Frontend: React, TailwindCSS, and React Aria, with an emphasis on building intuitive data-driven UIs and visualization systems.
Backend: Node.js (Feathers/Express) and MongoDB, with Elasticsearch experience considered a strong plus.
Infrastructure: GCP-hosted applications running in a Kubernetes environment. Familiarity with Docker and command-line usage is required.

Implementing semantic search powered by vector embeddings in Elasticsearch.
Leveraging Vertex AI and Google Gemini for intelligent document Q&A.
Developing notebook-style multi-file Q&A capabilities.
Building AI agents to support customer profiling, insights, and opportunity discovery.
Proven full-stack development experience with React and Node.js (mandatory).
Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and modern component library usage.
Experience using Jira, Slack, or equivalent collaboration tools.
Passion for AI/LLM applications and hands-on experience with AI-based tools is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Must be able to work with at least 4 hours overlap during US morning hours (8 PM – 12 AM PKT).
