Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers providing clear and timely responses to inquiries regarding service requests.

Handling Sensitive Data

Perform tasks that involve secure processing of confidential data.

Process Improvement

Suggest and implement ideas to make operations more efficient and secure.

Security & Compliance

Ensure all activities follow data protection and security standards.

User Onboarding & Management

Arrange access for new users and managing existing users to relevant applications and managing their permissions and roles.

Collaboration

Work with international colleagues from different departments and cultures.

Documentation

Document processes and monitor compliance with procedures.

Job Qualification

Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical Information, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

More than 3 years' working experience in programming skills.

Programming Skills: Advanced knowledge of programming and debugging in C# or C++, Python

IT Tools: Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Office, SVN/Git).

Quality Mindset: Basic understanding of quality improvement & SW/HW test methods.

Operations: Willingness to take operational tasks.

Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of information security and cryptography is a plus.

Bonus: how to use Microscope, Multimeter, Caliper, knowledge in 3D CAD modeling

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and teamwork abilities, proactive, problem solving, independent and reliable work style, willingness to learn and adapt quickly
