The Artificial Intelligence Competence Center drives advanced research and deployment of edge AI technologies, enabling NXP's products with state-of-the-art machine learning capabilities. We are looking for a student passionate about optimizing Compound AI Systems (i.e., systems that address AI tasks by synthesizing multiple components that interact with each other, such as one or more AI Agents and external tools and databases). You will be part of a team conducting innovation on Agentic Edge AI and your work will involve designing, implementing, and assessing a methodology for optimizing Compound AI Systems.
This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) with a duration of 6 months or longer. The assignment could also be suitable as a thesis/graduation project. Please note that in order to be considered for an internship/working student assignment, you need to be registered as a student during the entire period.
