We are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join the mission of accelerating the transformation of the automotive industry toward safe software-defined.

As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of electronic control units (ECUs) production. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Strong background in automotive manufacturing, technical expertise, and management skills are essential for this position.

Your Tasks

  • Manage and train a skilled team of production personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship, setting clear goals and performance expectations, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback to ensure team development and productivity.
  • Manage the purchasing process for required materials and components ensuring timely procurement and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with EMS providers to ensure efficient and high-quality production output, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
  • Establish and manage an in-house store, coordinate inventory levels, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics for in-house store operations.
  • Implement and maintain automotive manufacturing processes and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
  • Select, implement, and maintain all necessary tools, equipment, and platforms required for efficient production operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, workflows, and technologies to optimize productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, or a related field with proven experience in production management within the automotive industry, preferably in electronic control unit production.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing manufacturing tools and platforms specific to the automotive industry.
  • Experience in managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag fΓΌr Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of 50,000€ gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
